Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, subject to approval of OIHS management. Full payment will be required at the time of submission of vendor agreement, which will be sent when your application is approved. If you would like to be a vendor at our 2026 show, please use the Online Vendor Application button above to submit your form for approval.

Saturday, October 24 through Saturday, October 31 — ALL VENDORS open each day
Saturday, October 31 — Tear down for all vendors between end of afternoon and beginning of evening session, or after end of show Saturday night, but no later than noon on Sunday, November 1st.
