Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis with full payment required at time of submission.

INSIDE CONCOURSE AREA

All inside 10×10’ spaces include electric and wi-fi. By request, one (1) 6’ table and 2 chairs are available at no additional charge. You may also bring in your own table and chairs. Extra tables and chairs can be added for an additional fee. The indoor vendor space will be located in Arena 4. Indoor vendors need to set up on Sunday, October 23rd.

OUTSIDE VENDORS AREA

Outside Vendor Trailer area is between Barns at the World Equestrian Center and include electricity. Outside vendors need to be set up no earlier than Friday, October 21st.

 Tentative Vendor Schedule

Friday, October 21 — Commercial OUTDOOR vendors move in
Saturday, October 22 through Saturday, October 29 — Outdoor vendors open each day
Sunday, October 23 — Commercial INDOOR vendors move in
Monday, October 24 through Saturday, October 29 — Indoor vendors open each day
Wednesday, October 26 — Welcome reception in ALL vendor areas 5-7 PM

Friday, October 28 — Halloween Themed Party inside Arena 4*
Saturday, October 29 — Tear down for all vendors between end of afternoon and beginning of evening session, or after end of show Saturday night or before noon on Sunday, October 30.
