Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, subject to approval of OIHS management, with full payment required at time of submission of vendor agreement. If you would like to be a vendor at our 2025 show, please use the Online Vendor Application button above to submit your form for approval.

OUTSIDE VENDORS AREA
Outside Vendor area is between Barns A-D and Arena 4 at the World Equestrian Center and include electricity. All vendors need to be set up on Friday, October 17th.
Outdoor Spot — For those who own trailer, includes electricity | $750 |
White Vendor Cabins: 16×20′ with electric & AC Set up in the outdoor vendor circle along with trailer/RV vendors. Limited availability and subject to OIHS management approval.* | $1,200 |
*You will be notified via email with a confirmation of approval, and payment instructions, once your completed vendor application is approved.

Saturday, October 18 through Saturday, October 25 — ALL VENDORS open each day
Saturday, October 25 — Tear down for all vendors between end of afternoon and beginning of evening session, or after end of show Saturday night, but no later than noon on Sunday, October 26.
